With a pan-India presence, we focus on skilling and training, empowering youth, and supporting people with disabilities (PwD). We believe in collaboration, working with government agencies, private sector, and other NGO’s to maximize our impact.

This project aimed at transforming rural poor youth into an economically independent and globally relevant workforce. Posterity provides skill development and training to enable youth in Uttar Pradesh to secure sustainable employment opportunities.
